I was beginning to think we weren’t going to have the traditional SoCal “winter” of 50-degree, rainy weather this year.
Usually it starts in December, and by the end of January, we’re back to sunny, 70+ degrees all day every day.
But December passed with nary a cloud or less than balmy day. January, the same.
Then … around the 15th of February, the 50-degree days came. And stayed.
In fact, I’m in the middle of a long stretch of SoCal winter, and it makes me sooooooo HAPPY.
It’s cozy-up-on-the-couch with pom pom blankets kind of weather. Put-the-fireplace-on kind of weather.
But mostly pom pom blankets kind of weather, because I love any excuse to curl up with Netflix and popcorn and fuzzy tassels and pom poms.
