Where are you right now?

Are you in isolation mode? Are you working from home? Are your children’s schools closed? Are you stockpiling hand sanitizer? Are you hoarding toilet paper (seriously, why, though)?

I don’t think I’m alone in admitting to feeling anxiety about COVID-19. You would have to be living in serious denial if you weren’t.

I lettered the phrase “Wash Your Worries Away” for my kids’ bathroom to remind them to wash their hands. Maybe you’d like to print it out, too, for your bathrooms?
