Marking another thing off my list …
5. Finish my novel.
I sat down after work last night, launched my iTunes Writing Playlist and wrote that final chapter, the one that has been fermenting in my mind for a month, the one that is so different from my first draft that it makes my novel almost unrecognizable. A few hours later, after a brief debate over the final sentence, I typed those words: THE END. Then H and I jumped up and down and did the happy dance. My magnum opus is done. Anyone know a good agent?
