Fake It Till You Make It Free Printable

Freebie Fridays is a weekly feature on Little Gold Pixel in which I share a free printable or design resource — art printables, wallpapers, etc. — for you to download and enjoy.

We are officially entering mid-January, and I’m just now coming up with my One Word for 2019.

I was a little hesitant to do so because last year my word — moxie — was a total fail. “Energy, pep, courage, determination.” Yeah, right. I managed to apply none of those things to my year.

On second thought, I might’ve been somewhat determined. Maaaybe even a little courageous.

But there was neither energy nor pep, thanks to a challenging pregnancy!

This year, however, I’m feeling motivated to focus my intentions.

First of all, right now I’m a tired mom waking up all night with baby. Last year I was a tired pregnant lady. The year before that, I walked with a limp for six months with a torn ACL.

Second of all, I’m coming up on a milestone birthday next month, and I do NOT want to enter the next decade of my life on a depleted battery.

That’s how I came up with my one word: Vitality.

I’m going to pump some energy into everything I take on this year: business-wise, mom-wise and, most importantly, health-wise.

So far it’s going so-so. My sleep-deprived body isn’t as energetic as I’d like, so I’m taking baby steps.

A little each day goes a long way.

Fake it till you make it.

And that’s where this affirmation comes in. Maybe it’ll help kick-start your one word for the year, too!
