Free Lunch Box Jokes for Kids

I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m not the kind of mom who will ever pack bento-perfect lunches for my kids.

Let’s be real. My oldest is so picky she wouldn’t eat any of that pretty food even if I did. She is more of a sandwich, chips and piece of fruit (or chocolate) kind of kid. Like the sack lunches of my youth — ahhh, nostalgia.

As the school year starts, I’ve made a pact to myself to at least pack her lunch instead of giving in last minute and letting her buy (and probably throw away) a school lunch.

But how to get her interested in this 1980s-style sack lunch? Lunch notes, of course!

I appreciate all the free downloads out there that feature cutesy graphics and affirmations and food puns and all, but those aren’t really our style.

We are silly over here. We need minimalist design and maximum joke, know what I mean?

So I decided to create my own free lunch box jokes for kids. They’re easy on the eyes and include LOL jokes to share with friends.

Jokes like: What does a nosy pepper do? Gets jalapeño business.

OMG, that one cracks me up. It’s my go-to cheesy joke.
