It’s New Year’s Eve. Do you know what your One Word for 2020 is going to be yet?

I’ve been picking out a single word to focus on each year since 2012, which coincidentally was the only year I actually wrote about it on this blog.

Every other year I either wrote about it only on Instagram or to the newsletter gang or, in the case of this year, not at all. (In my defense, I had a newborn baby and no brain cells due to lack of sleep.)

Some years my word was vague (2012: change). Others it was perfect (2017: abundance).

Well, get ready 2020, it’s about time to streeeeeetch out. If you read that last sentence correctly, you’re stretching your arms over your head and yawning simultaneously.

The overarching (ha!) theme here is to stretch beyond my comfort zone in every aspect of my life.

From literally stretching every morning … to pushing myself professionally … to better regulation of my moods, especially handling everyday situations that aren’t my favorite. You know, like helping with homework, figuring out what everyone will eat for dinner, dealing with toddler messes, reading the news. Typical unpleasantries.

I came up with an inspirational free printable to help you with whatever your One Word may be, because whatever your goal is, you can handle it.
