Top 10s don’t get any better than the self-reflection we do at the end of the year. Once upon a time, I used to rank music and send mix CDs to my friends. Now I’m opening up Google Analytics and checking my year-end stats for the most popular 2018 posts on this blog.
It’s always curious to see what ends up here, because “popular” is a fickle feat. Some are pleasant surprises (yay for feminist books!). Some are obvious because, well, I know you love free printables.
On a personal note, this was a strange year for the blog. I fell off my posting schedule quite spectacularly when I had a few pregnancy complications.
Looking ahead, though, I’m working on creating a more aggressive yet still sustainable schedule for 2019. There will definitely be more decor (read: Wall Around the World, take two) and more design (read: video tutorials) in the near future!
And there will definitely be more of these same kinds of posts you clicked on in 2018:
1. 20 inspiring printables for 2018
“You’re either flying high and crushing it every day … or you’ve skidded into 2018, not sure what day of the week it is or whether you can summon the strength to do the laundry, let alone hit those lofty career goals you set for yourself.
“However, all of that changes today, with two steps!
“Step 1: First, pick out your one word for the year. Step 2: Print out some inspiring printables to hang in your work space.”
2. Where to Find Free Vintage Art
This post was about my favorite sites to find vintage public domain art, and how you could use these pieces in your own gallery wall style. (To find your gallery wall style, read through the Style Guide archive and see which one feels most “you.”)
Plus, awesome bonus time, I share two vintage botanical downloads that I rejuvenated just for you.

5. Where to Print Printables (My Top 4 Printing Secrets Revealed)
“I’m going to go back to basics: where to print printables online.

“So I thought I would walk you through the process of opening up one of my printables and showing you my favorite ways to end up with a large-format poster.”
6. Coffee Woman Free Printable
“Lately I’ve been painting very flat, simple portraits of women using a limited color palette. From there, I decided to take this sentiment and play around in Illustrator with a flat vector style of illustration.”
Watch the time-lapse video, and grab a small version of this artwork for yourself.
7. Boho Printable Starter Packs
In those post I introduced you to the three-printable packs I created for those of you into boho decor.
Although I’ve been a little slow getting around to it, I am planning on creating more three-packs in various decor styles in 2019!
