One of the first gallery wall consultations I ever did was for a student who was trying to turn her dorm room from blah to bling.

It was a fun project. I love irreverent artwork, and college is just the time to wave your freak flag high.

I have never done a free printable dorm art roundup here on the blog. So let’s fix that!

When did you decide your major in college?

I pretty much knew going in that I would be a journalism major. What I didn’t realize until my senior year was that I would study political science enough to declare a double major.

The funny news, of course, is that I am now a blogger/designer/artist.

It all seems random, but they’re all interconnected in a round-about way. Just goes to show you never know where your interests will intersect.

In today’s roundup, I’ve come up with four gallery wall ideas based off a few different majors: fine arts, music, poli sci … and undecided.
